TPC Payroll HR Consultants was founded in 2000 because it was time for a new direction in the human resources and payroll industries. The large companies that provide the majority of payroll and HR services have lost human connection and empathy for companies’ true business needs. TPC is committed to bringing back that human aspect of business solutions services and truly taking the human resources and payroll services pain out of running your business.

And our team office culture emulates the service we gift to clients of putting the humane back in human resources. Our team members each have a voice in the company to share their thoughts, make suggestions for improved practices and be true partners in the company’s success so everyone wins. We have an extremely high employee retention rate, some have been with us since the inception of the company. We foster authenticity, direct communication, individual responsibility, and education. Everyone in the office understands payroll and tax law, no matter which department.

We provide a personalized service in which each new client experiences a conversion red carpet. We work with you to make the transition as easy as possible and then we take the reins.
